A: NO we never break the law while working on any assignment.

Q: Why should I choose your company over one of your competitors?

A: A very good question. We pride ourselves on working with thousands of clients from the UK and around during the past 13 years. During this time we have seen many investigation companies set up, only to see them disappear again, almost as quickly as they appeared. We have been trading successfully for over a decade. All of our operatives have regular Criminal Records Checks. Our operatives are ex HM Armed forces and ex Police staff.

Q: I don't want anyone to know I am using a private investigator. Will you call or send documents to my home without my knowledge?

A: Absolutely not! When you instruct us we will discuss with you exactly how we are to get in touch with you and when. We will never send anything to your address without prior consent.

Q: Will your company name or details show on any of my statements?

A: No. Our trading name of North Court Investigations will not show up on any statements, no matter what method of payment you choose to pay with, allowing you that extra piece of mind.

Q: Do North Court Investigations have professional indemnity insurance?

A: Yes we certainly do. We have used Windrush Insurance Brokers since the formation of our company. Our policy No is RTT200694/0125.
